Having a merciful heart toward one another is the basis of creating and maintaining a righteous relationship in life.
Confrontation can create a deteriorating atmosphere.
Most of our illnesses are triggered by weak relationships.
Stress in excess, taxes our immune system and we become more susceptible to sickness and diseases.
All types of emotional and mental problems can enter in through excess stress.
Jesus Christ gives us the solution to stress and depression.
Matthew 11.28-30
28 Come unto me, all you that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and you shall find rest for your souls.
One should write down their problems or at least categorize them and ask your self if there is anything that you can do right now about the situation. If so do it. If not right now perhaps later. Make a note of it and let it go give it up to God.
By categorizing our problems we can start a Word Search in the Bible and study up on it. By studying these issues from the Bibles perspective we can learn how to righteously deal with them that they may not stir our lives unto more turmoil than is absolutely necessary. In the Bible Book of Psalm 107 verse 20 God said he sent his word to heal us and deliver us from destructions.
If we will but tell Jesus our problems ask Him to deal with them for us and trust that he will then He will. Then to stay out of the excess stress and cares of this world. Get some scripture way down deep in your heart so that it leaps up to you in time of need.
I use to use the following verse to stop from worrying quite often, still do at times. But first we must memorize it and others for help in the time of need.
Matthew 6.34 Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for tomorrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof. you may want to also read the following scripture verses. Philippians 4.19 Psalm 145.14-20.
As well if we will but sing praise and adoration to Him and rejoice; he will hold us up from our worry; deleting the burdens there of.
Read Proverbs Chapter 3 especially the following verses learn to live by them. 5 Trust in the Lord with all your heart; and lean not unto your own understanding. 6 In all your ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct your paths. 7 Be not wise in yours own eyes: fear the Lord, and depart from evil.8 It shall be health to your navel, and marrow to your bones. 9 Honor the Lord with your substance, and with the first-fruits of all yours increase: Some times it is a war to achieve but we must fight for it.
A person should go to church on a regular basis for there is where God set up a fueling station for our spirit. The spirit needs fueling like a car in-order to run more smoothly. Going to Church and regular fellowship in the Gospels recharge our spirits and make for a brighter more pleasant days.
As long as we are on this earth we are in an ever present war with our feelings and emotions. By staying in the Gospels we may enrich our ability to stay on top of the turmoils this world has to bring.
By keeping our minds on the things from above we may have a better life.
Philippians Chapter 4 verses 4 Rejoice in the Lord always: and again I say, Rejoice.5 Let your moderation be known unto all men. The Lord is at hand.6 Let nothing worry you, nor be nervous about anything; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.7 And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.8 Finally, brothers, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.
